Raymond Todd Blackwood is a futurist who is passionate about technology, business intelligence and leadership. Over the last 10 years, Ray has co-authored technology management texts, published articles on network security and wireless technologies. He has presented at conferences in various fields of technology including, Special Effects, Digital Filmmaking, eLearning, Network Security and Systems Thinking. Raymond has previous board experience for his role at the Arizona Telecommunications and Information Council, the Greater Arizona eLearning Board and eLearning for Students and Teachers in Arizona. Raymond has also been involved with the Foster Angels of Arizona creating a technology camp for foster children and co-founded the Phoenix Future Salon with famed futurist Dr. Tom Lombardo.
Raymond received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Advancing Technology in Multimedia and Digital Animation and Production and his Masters In Business Administration and Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
Raymond is currently the Director of Technology at the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Arizona and Technology Advisor for the Center for Future Consciousness in Scottsdale, Arizona. Raymond currently lives in Chandler, Arizona with his wife Catherine and daughter Samantha.
